Can I Use My Existing Frame And Just Put New Lenses In?

Yes! You are always welcome to buy new lenses for your frame for your order! Our trained Opticians will inspect your frame to certify that it is in good working condition and there aren’t any noticeable issues before sending it to our lab for processing.

How Soon Can I Get My New Eyeglasses?

Our turnaround time to get a pair of glasses is typically 3-5 business days, and we make every effort to ensure that this time frame is met! If you need them sooner, we can check with our lab to see if your order can be expedited.

My glasses don't fit properly. Is this a problem?

Yes! Your glasses should fit your face perfectly. If they are too wide, loose or tight, they can impact the quality of your vision, as well as your comfort. Speak to one of our in-store advisors about adjusting your frames or finding a better fit.

Will my glasses improve my vision, so I don't have to wear them as often?

No! Wearing glasses will improve your vision whilst you’re wearing them. However, when you remove your glasses, your uncorrected eyesight will not improve. Wearing glasses also help with symptoms of vision problems, such as headaches. If you’d prefer to not wear glasses, speak to one of our team members about contact lenses or eye surgery.

Can I use a prescription from another doctor to purchase corrective lenses at Prooptics?

Of course you can! We want you to be free to choose the doctor you like most. We are here for you if you need an exam but will also accept all valid prescriptions from other doctors.
